Service Intake
In line with good practice we assess clients using the Safe Lives Risk Indicator Checklist (DASH) at the point of intake and thereafter either six-weekly, or following an incident of domestic abuse. All information clients share with us is confidential unless they consent to information being shared OR they, any children or another individual are likely to be at high risk of serious harm.
Our services are free to anyone of any gender over the age of 16 who resides in our service areas. Referrals are taken via the COMPASS helpline (for self-referrals) or through other professional agencies. We are a client-led service; we only work with individuals who want our support
